Sundried Tomatoes and Semolina Waffle Pizza






Ingredients


For Pizza Dough 
All Purpose Flour 250 grams
Yeast 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Semolina ½ cup
Baking Powder 2 tsp
Oil or Clarified Butter 4 tbsp
Salt to taste
For Pizza Topping
Puff Pastry 1 packet 
Onion (Slightly Fried) 2
Sun Dried Tomatoes 2-3
Pepperoni (Sliced) 300 grams
Pickled Cucumber (Sliced) 2-3
Chili Pickled (Sliced) 2-3
Mushrooms (Sliced) ½ cup
Olives ½ cup
Grated Mozzarella Cheese 400grams
Pizza Sauce ½ cup
Oregano ½ tsp
Crushed Black Pepper ½ tsp
Butter 3-4 tbsp



Method


For dough: Take a luke warm water add 1 tbsp of yeast add 1 tbsp of sugar mix it well and leave it for 15 minutes. Take a mixing bowl add 250 grams of all purpose of flour add to taste salt, 4 tbsp of clarified butter or oil, 2 tsp of baking powder, ½ cup of semolina and add yeast mixture mix it well and leave for 3-4 hours take it out and fold the dough. Now roll the thick roti. Dough is ready. For topping: take 3-4 tbsp of butter and spread the oven tray set the pizza dough on the oven tray now spread the ½ cup of pizza sauce add 2 (slightly fried) onions, add 400 grams grated mozzarella cheese now add 2-3 sun dried tomatoes, ½ cup of mushrooms and on the top sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese, 300 grams of sliced pepperoni and now sprinkle some grated mozzarella cheese, now add 2-3 sliced cucumber pickled, 2-3 sliced chilies pickled, ½ cup of sliced mushrooms and press down the pizza. Now take 1 packet of puff pastry roll it and cover the pizza. At last place the oven tray on the preheated oven and bake it on 200 C until its golden brown and take it out in a serving platter and serve it.
