FOUR SEASON PIZZA






Ingredients:


Pizza Dough (prepared) ½ kg
Mozzarella Cheese 1 cup
Cheddar Cheese 1 cup
Chicken 200 gms
Mince 200gms
Prawns 1 cup
Sauces 4
Garlic 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black Pepper 1 tsp
Red Chilies (crushed) 1 tsp
Mushroom 1 cup
Olives 10
Oregano 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp



Method:


• In a pan, heat oil add chicken, black pepper, salt, garlic and fry.
• In another pan, add mince, masala and fry.
• Now in separate pan, add prawns, sauces, salt , black pepper and fry.
• Then make roti of prepared pizza dough, add pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese.
• After this, add in one side chicken, second side prawns, in mid add mince and sauces.
• Sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese.
• Add olives, mushroom, sprinkle oregano and serve it.
