Danda Biryani












Ingredients


Mutton 1kg
Ginger 3tbsp
Salt to taste
Rice 3 cups
Sugar 1tsp
Yellow food color 1tsp
Garlic 4tbsp
Curd 1cup
Cloves 10
Kewra 1tsp
Green cardamom 25
Ghee 1cup
Green chilies as required




Method


Heat oil in a pan, fry ginger with salt.
Then add 1 kg mutton and allow cooking until 1 cup of mutton stock is left.
Now add mutton stock, cloves, green chilies, tomatoes, mint leaves and then boiled d rice.
In other bowl mix curd with yellow food color, cardamom and sugar.
Now pour above prepared mixture over rice and allow to keep on simmer for 15 min.
Lastly heat ghee and pour it over Rice.
